Win with Big4 Bellarine Holiday Park!

12 August 2012 By Dorothy 7 Comments

On a whim, I asked the gorgeous Sophie, co-owner of the Big4 Bellarine Holiday Park if she would be interested in running a giveaway on my blog.  She said, Yes!  That’s because Sophie is awesome.  Sophie gets the role that personal blogs play in the choices readers make when making purchasing decisions, including holidays.

After a fantastic weekend at Big4 Bellarine in May, organised by Sophie and staff to showcase the park to a group of bloggers, I have no hesitation about singing its praises to anyone who will listen.  I also I know that I will go back there with my boys and that we will enjoy our time away.

What I liked best about the Holiday Park were the onsite activities available for both adults and kids.  In fact, if you wanted a lazy weekend away, you wouldn’t need to leave the Park at all and I’m pretty sure the kids wouldn’t want to.

Between the two giant jumping pillows, a playground, mega sandpit, tennis courts, a boce court, bike hire, a toddler room, heated swimming pool complete with a water playground, you will find it hard to get bored.  In fact, as I wandered around the park, I fantasised about sitting quietly in my cabin while the boys played outside all day.

The onsite cabins are clean, fresh and bright.  Complete with all mod cons, including a hip bath, perfect for bathing children, a private deck and car space, they feel like a little home away from home.  And I can’t foget the extremely comfortable King-sized bed.

Big4 Bellarine is situated on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, approximate 20 minutes south of Geelong. If you do want to leave the park, you can explore Torquay and Queenscliff, play mini-golf at Bellarine Adventure Golf and, in summer, spend a day at the Geelong Adventure Park.

Now for the giveaway.  Included in the Family Weekend Package are:

  • 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cabin
  • 2 go-kart vouchers
  • 2 ice cream vouchers
  • one board game
The total value of the package is $445!
The prize must be redeemed before 30 October 2012, outside of Victorian school holidays.
To enter:
  1. Complete this entry form.
  2. Like Big4 Bellarine on Facebook.
  3. Like Singular Insanity on Facebook.
The competition closes at midnight on 28 August 2012.
Good luck!

Sadly I don't play Facebook, but that does indeed look like a wonderful place. And Sophie's gesture was truly generous.

Awesome giveaway… so much needed here, a family member decided to announce her wedding in Hawaii and insist we go without our 4 children. I really wanted to do a family holiday this year somewhere we could enjoy each others company and more than 3 hours up the mountain to our family camping property.
This could be the way to make it happen, a state none of my children have been to and one that we have been trying to organise a trip to for the last few years but coming up short with finances and timing with the kids now being in high school, primary school, preschool and one toddler at home.

It’s a fantastic place to stay. I have to admit I wouldn’t have thought about it before my experience there, but it’s truly awesome!
